Custom cake and pastry orders require advance notice and may be subject to additional terms. Custom orders may require a deposit and are non-refundable once production has begun.

5. Delivery and Pickup

5.1 Delivery Service

Delivery services are available within specified areas. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5.2 Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary based on location and order value. Minimum order values may apply for delivery service.

5.3 Pickup Orders

Pickup orders must be collected within the specified timeframe. Uncollected orders may be disposed of after 24 hours without refund.

5.4 Product Inspection

Please inspect your order upon delivery or pickup. Any issues must be reported immediately to our staff.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund. After this period, cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6.2 Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:

• Product defects or quality issues reported within 24 hours
• Incorrect items delivered
• Order cancellation within the allowed timeframe

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

• Perishable items after delivery/pickup
